The staff at Cumbali Plaza were very good too ensure our comfort. When we arrived, our room was a bit warm, but they quickly fixed the air conditioning and made sure we were comfortable throughout the night. The location of the hotel was also excellent, with many tourist attractions within walking distance. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I highly recommend this hotel for its friendly staff and convenient location.
